Artwork and File Guidelines
To ensure the best possible print quality, we’ve kept our artwork requirements simple and easy to follow. If your file needs adjustments, we prepare it for print at no additional cost.
Accepted File Types
We accept the following formats:
- PNG
- JPG / JPEG
- AI
- SVG
- EPS and more
Transparent PNGs are preferred for designs without a background.
Resolution
Higher resolution produces a cleaner and sharper print.
We recommend:
- 300 DPI (preferred)
- Minimum workable resolution: 150 DPI
If a file is too low-quality to be used, we will contact you before printing.
Colour Mode
We accept both RGB and CMYK files.
Minor colour variations can occur due to differences between digital screens and printed fabrics.
Backgrounds
If your design requires transparency, please upload a file with:
- No background, or
- A transparent background (PNG, SVG, or AI)
If unsure, our team will clean up the artwork at no cost.
Sizing and Alignment
We size and align your artwork based on standard garment placement unless you specify otherwise.
If you need a specific size or position, include the details during checkout or in your email.
Fine Details and Thin Lines
Extremely thin lines or small text may not print cleanly on certain fabrics.
If we notice something that may not reproduce well, we will let you know before printing.
Fonts and Editable Files
For AI, SVG, EPS or PDF files that contain text:
- Please outline or embed the fonts if possible
- If not, we will convert the text during preparation
Upload Limitations
If your file exceeds the upload limit on the website, you can email it to us directly.
We will link it to your order.
Artwork We Cannot Modify
We can handle most basic adjustments, but we cannot:
- Redraw or create detailed illustrations from scratch in the no setup fees offer
- Recreate logos without permission
- Download copyrighted artwork on your behalf
If a file requires extensive rebuilding, we will advise the cost before proceeding.
Copyright Responsibility
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you hold the rights to print the design.
All legal responsibility for artwork permissions remains with the customer.
